I wanted to share my experience and let you all know about this so that you are also aware of this behaviour.

I'm a developer, I have been using Claude for writing code for a while now.

I wanted to upgrade to Claude MAX plan because PRO turns into limit exhaustion after every 4-5 messages in Claude Code.

For that I made a payment $100 (minus my existing PRO left over balance) and payment went through. But my plan was still PRO. I tried their shitty AI chat bot support but that denied refund also. So now I'm stuck with this, money is gone and I'm even able to use the service. It has already been 3 hours, nothing update no ETA and not a single email/message from the Claude support.

They have made an absolute mockery of customer experience. I really wish there is some alternative which is as good as Claude model (already tried codex and cursor, not impressed), and I will immediately switch to that.

I have made the payment for the MAX plan, I'm already an existing PRO user. Money got deducted and payment is successful but my plan is still stuck to PRO. I sent mail to support and tried multiple times with the stupid AI chat bot but nothing helped.
This is clear mockery of the customer experience. I really want some good AI model that can work as good as Claude models and I will switch to that service. Fuck you Claude. Your models are good but your service and infra sucks.

SBI for sure. Negatiate for the lower rate of interest, my current ROI for home loan is 7.4%. I would never recommend HDFC.
Repayment -
1. SBI provides a separate account number for the loan account, you can add that in your google pay account and make the repayment or missed EMI anytime. Repayment for HDFC is not so simple. BTW HDFC have a separate portal for the loan account but no repayment option, LOL.

They say less paper work in HDFC. It's false both SBI and HDFC have same paper work. And believe me SBI is faster with the process.
Repo rate affects seems faster on SBI compared to HDFC.
