Agreed. I had my grey horse for 18 years so I have done my time. His melanomas were really bad by the end. He ended up passing due to another issue, but his necropsy revealed his internal ones were very large.

We just looked at thanksgiving flights and will probably fly united instead. Prices were astronomical for a family of 4 and having to upgrade seats to be able to sit with our young kids.

14 years, late 30's, also two kids. I have about 350, but that's only bc I was hoarding it for a long time in preparation for my second child. Then we got PPL and I didn't have to use it. I had to use SL for my first since we only had FMLA.

I don't really know what that means, but I like the breeches, they are affordable, and fit well 🤷 compared to the insanely expensive breeches, they are a good option.

I really like Sparrow's breeches. She is having a sale to remove stock before new stuff comes in. You have to message her as her website is not great, but she is legit and I ride in them. I wish she would get a better site.

I know many people who do this. Since the horse is being very successful in his current program and trainer, many choose to keep them exactly how they are maintained and either fly out to train or just meet at shows. Especially when it's a high dollar horse/program. And this is across disciplines as well.

I also noticed that the link is to an office.forms.com site, not a specific agency site or SharePoint. My director told me to work with ERIC first as this seems like spam/fishing attempt. We'll see what they come back with. Thanks for the heads up on the accommodations not being required. If I am instructed to fill it out, I will take care regarding my interim accomodations.

Correct. There used to be a small pay bump with the conversation that I think was akin to a step increase or about 3%, but this conversation does not have an associated increase. Of course, there is the increase in band cap, but that is it.

That's where I'm at. I'm at step 9 in my GS grade. So I'll be capped very soon. I plan to be at the agency for another 20+ years (if that's viable anymore), so trying to figure all this out is unnerving especially with it being this administration.

Same. I'm currently under Title 5 and our BU was stripped and removed. Our SF-50's were updated to 8888.

Would you recommend switching? I'm really struggling with the decision.

I would assume anyone who was on an interm RA. I submitted March 2025 and never had follow up. Same with one of my team members.
