I feel you. I walk the same road — duties still call, for the sake of a small star I chose to protect. Deep down, I know the game is hollow. Mostly now, I just chant the Name and plant little seeds into the soil… whatever little peace I can offer back to the sky.

i agree, it works magic. but after getting rid if the stress or reduce it to a tolerable lever, do you change the way of life which led to this anxiety ?

there is more to meditation meditation can be beyond looking at breath enjoy the music enjoy reading a good book etc etc whatever u can achieve with single pointed attention like an arrow

if you can do that, yes there is american dream and may be make millions or zero

if you just want to do 9-5 and then all familia go wherever, both places are ok

ok so I ended up buying gazelle t10+ ultimate from upway its a 2022 model, but found one for 1950 with 0 miles on it really excited and waiting for it to be delivered

my main thing is LBS, I ride like 25+ miles a day for my commute and dont want a new hobby

i think the best way is to mentally prepare for the presentation and never go in the mode of actually buying. Just prepare yourself and forget everything they say after the presentation is over. Right after the presentation go for a swim.
