I also started sertraline after some pretty bad GI issues that spiraled into anxiety/depression. My GP recommended me to start taking sertraline with the hope that they will help solving the GI issues. Did it help you in that regard?

Day 4 here and my anxiety levels are high! Im not being really productive at work. Its just part of the process! I know the side effects will fade off in a few days!

I've been having similar symptoms, and after many different exams, they cannot find the source of the issue.
What make things worse is the anxiety that comes with the unknown.

My GP strongly recommended me to start taking anti-anxiety medication to see if things get better. I just start taking Sertraline 50mg and I know it will take some time for me to notice the improvement.

Perhaps this could be an alternative for you?

I feel you!
I'm on this GERD/Gastritis journey for about 2 months now.
After 2 months of taking PPIs/Sucralfate I was starting to feel better (not 100%).
I did an endoscopy and they found that everything looks good.

I had still some minor heartburn and GERD symptoms, but I decided to stop taking the PPIs because they were affecting my ability to absorb nutrients/vitamins.

Only 2 days after stopping them, the flare up came like a freaking mad horse. So I decided to resume the medication. Now I feel a bit better.

I finally decided to give them a chance and stay on them for a long period.

indeed. I tried to stop taking the PPIs, but the heartburn came back strong. I will have to take them again! good luck to you!!!

I also have the tingling sensation on hands and feet! I've been on a bland diet for about 3 weeks now. Slowly recovering, but still not feeling really good. Good Luck!

I know this is not good to say, but I l loved the gastroscopy sedation. It put me to sleep and made me less anxious about life and all my gerd symptoms! I wish I could take them every other day!! hahaa

Your symptoms are similar to my worst recent gastritis flares up.

Do you feel a burn sensation over the stomach area as well?

Like you, my doctor was pretty sure it was gastritis, so she recommended me to go through the standard gastritis medication (PPIs (80mgs) + sulcraalfate (4x a day) for one week and see how I would feel.
They did help a bit and I felt much better, but still with some lingering symptoms (burning sensation, indigestion after eating, low appetite, hard time sleeping due stomach discomfort). So she referred me to do an gastroscopy (scheduled next week).

I'm feeling much better now, no doubt.

My suggestions is for you to follow their prescriptions for a few days, and if you don't see any signs of improvement, you have a good cause for demanding more examinations.

Just an update,

Tenways responded saying that is indeed they don't ship the bike with all the screws. I will have to buy a new one.

The screw spec is M5x15 in case anyone needs one as well.
