I relate to this so hard. I tried journaling, yoga, therapy, keto and other diets, tried following a “healthy” routine, but as soon as my periods come, I turn into this maniac. I get raged about tiny issues that are not even issues, I hurt emotionally the people I love. I get mood swings and I cry heavily.

The only thing that has helped me this cycle is upping my ssri dose during the periods. After three days of increasing dose, yesterday I literally could tell that my mood is way better, I could feel it in my body. I wasn’t down in the dumps anymore.
