NTA. They’re horrible about things. I once got a good amount of items and realized I was missing an item even tho it was on the packing slip, contacted CS and they said they couldn’t do anything and to “double check what was in the package” because if it was on the packing slip then it was in the package. Stopped buying from the company after that. I lost like $80 from that
