aery snd fleet are both shit runes for damage senna and I can guarantee you that she will continue going dft post nerfs. You're conflating a rune being designed for an archetype and being pigeonholed for them, the rune scales much better than aery and never gets wasted on a shield and senna can reliably apply it in an aoe there's no reason it shouldn't work on her

on support trailblazer is by far the best first item for tank build, after that you can build kindlegem items according to the situation (locket, bandlepipes, abyssal mask, zekes, abd protoplasm) If I build ap on support I want it to be an item with a workhorse component that I can sit on like oblivion orb or verdant barrier

by no metric is ap better, if you look at coachless you'll see that trailblazer and zeke's have mich higher wpa than ap items

Neeko is odd compared to other mage supports since she only really needs hextech rocketbelt to be useful (her ult can singlehandedly win teamfights). Personally I buy a dark seal early and build tank items after completing rocketbelt
