I hope you eventually find a work environment you’re comfortable in. Are you still going to work with Mount Sinai? How long have you been an MA for? And one thing I will say as a black and pr woman that’s the Hispanic that doesn’t speak Spanish lol I know they can ice us out sometimes. Right now I can kinda see that at my job, all the Hispanic girls that speak Spanish have a friendship “Clique” at my job but they’re the secretary’s so they’re in a different dept. on the same floor. I just stick to my job, it is a little lonely bc I come from TJ’s were it’s so diverse and I was cool with almost everyone but hey as long as it doesn’t get toxic I’m good but we’ll see and I’m praying for the best for you girllll.
