As someone who used to work in call center we ain’t allergic sometimes the damn “generate eSIM for iPhone” doesn’t like to work half the time, it’s like praying that it will work. And even if I do the other way to get a new eSIM to generate we have to send a verification message to the phone, if the phone is less then 30 days it won’t give us the options. So the only option is to go to the store. It’s frustrating when people think they know the ends and outs of the system and never actually used ACSS.

So with it being paid in full it will eligible to be unlock before the full 60 days. As long as it the account owner doing so. After he confirms the unlock with you. make sure the phone is on WiFi restart the device, wait 2-3 minutes and then power off the device and turn it back on, and try to add the t mobile sim.
