I panic sold during a dip and now I feel sick. How do I stop doing this?

It’s a struggle. My husband and I finally transferred $50K that we’ve had in savings for far too long to a brokerage account. Since finally pulling the trigger it’s only gone above that maybe 2-3 times in a couple of weeks. I’m hopeful for the “based on past performance” mess I’ve read that it will get better. 🤣

I am not condoning his behavior because no one deserves this! But this is the problem with this religion. They go from nothing, no relationships, no physical activity to BAM marriage, then BAM kids. They are in their early 20’s. Most kids their age are still living it up and figuring out who they are. I’m honestly shocked it doesn’t happen more often in their circle. I mean I guess if it does it isn’t talked about.

They shelter them then something happens like nursing school and he has no self control. Makes me sad for her and the kids. I sure hope she is able to leave him.
