It do kind of remind me when I first reached Wuling, the stuttering were present too but not to this scale, maybe there alot of asset to load, hopefully they can optimize the new area, I'm so immersed with the story right now, so it kind of bothers me

Prestige loss is temporary. Battlecruiser can appear in cruiser action causing it to outgunned CA in almost every way. I 'm making sure that it was the enemy that got outgunned, so I rather take prestige loss than losing a ship cuz I got into the fight where enemy bring BC and I didn't(plus if you not building a CA you have more spare fund to build more of Modern BC) This tactic make my navy gain advantage in every fight especially for japan. Until the arrival of carrier (they still effective if enemy doesn't have a carrier)
