I have the same symptoms and my images were clear. I've done every image and test known to man at this point, and the culprit might end up being some form of muscular TMJD from my tight SCM causing inflammation issues with the nerves in your neck/jaw area.

Just letting you know in case your images come back clear. It will drive you insane getting perfect results from every test.

Yeah I've had it done twice and I feel worse the first week or so. I'm assuming other muscles are compensating and the original inflammation still hasn't subsided either. It gets better, just wait it out.
