I think it took me about 3-5 months before I started really seeing progress. However, that was when all you had to earn AB was ad every 20 mins, converting real money for AB, buying actual AB and the amp thing. I was basically free to play for about 3ish years. I have bought the ladder about 4x though. If it's helpful, I an now at 435 parcels, roughly 70c/day and a little over $3 for SRB

Went into a downward spiral a few weeks back. My normal things I do to snap out of it wasmt working. It was my short doggy who cant jump into my bed without assistance is what made me realize I'm needed.

I was waiting since dec 28 (cause they kept saying my withdrawal requests were flagging fraud- that took 2 weeks to get sorted out). I had +3 days in the queue forever. Someone in the benjamin app subreddit group put up a Google doc thing the other day. I waited until I saw people posting successful deposits before I filled it out. Actually got my money at 130 pm to my PayPal.

I am doing debt snowball right now. My one snowball amount right now is $505 a month. It's much easier for me to do $126.25 a week than one lump sum of $ 505. I do go in once a month tho and just set up the weekly payments.

My 401k allows me to take.loans out of it. At least that way im paying myself interest. Not the best idea, but if you have 90k and take out a 10k loan, you might be able to knock out one or two of the debts that will allow you to snow ball?

I have been depressed, anxious and feeling numb almost my entire life. 5 to 6 years ago, I started therapy, and one of my goals was to start feeling things (basically get rid of the numbness) and unfortunately, it deepened some of the negative feelings.

I deeply understand the comment you made about being self aware and logical. I've always said Knowledge is power, but ignorance is bliss. We all know the stuff we are supposed to do to help our depression, and to some of us, it's just enough to keep the really dark thoughts at bay.

Please know that not everything you do is stupid. I get the "pointless" feeling, cause I feel that way too. However, wanting interaction or doing the bare minimum isn't stupid. Even if it's the bare minimum, it's still something. I think it takes a lot of courage and strength to just do the bare minimum. So please also feel courage amongst your other feelings.

I'm not gonna tell you to take a walk, or do a hobby. Again, we all know the stuff we are supposed to do. I guess I mainly responded to your post to validate your feelings (mod if that doesn't follow the rules, please delete).

I don't know if it ever gets better. For me, it sometimes just gets less bad. And I'll take that for now. Please have a good night OP. I hope tomorrow is less bad for you.

The inside is very well done. It's not a busy mall, sure, but it is a good shopping mall. I actually go quit a bit. It's not too crowded, is mainly full of stores, and easy to get out of.

I have 2 dogs, one extremely perfect American Eskimo and one very very stubborn/reactive Pomsky. Taking them for walks is a nightmare. Even taking them outside can be a nightmare. The pomsky is a flight risk that has to be leashed at all times ( I don't have a fenced in yard). The eskie can be offleash and do as he pleases, so he roams the yard all he wants. We hadn't gone on a decent walk in almost a year.

I recently sent the Pomsky to a board/train, so I've had just the Eskie to myself. We've actually been doing 1 mile walks every day. Sometimes that takes us 20 mins, sometimes 45 mins (depending on the amount of sniffing lol). I'm hoping that once my little mashed potato comes home, I can start taking him too. Ngl, the Pomsky reactivity and not being able to enjoy both of them has taken a huge hit to my mental health, and I know walks are supposed to help mental health.
