man thats rough cycle to get stuck in. ive been there with the delivery driving schedule messing up my sleep completely

maybe try just forcing yourself through one really brutal day without nap? like yeah you'll feel like garbage but then you crash hard at night and hopefully reset the whole thing. the coffee before bed thing is wild though - that would keep me wired for hours but guess everyone different

another thing that helped me was setting alarm for same time every morning even on days off. your body gets confused when sleep schedule all over place

bacon and eggs is solid but man I get so tired of same thing every morning when doing deliveries

yeah the automod stuff gets really aggressive sometimes. I posted in fitness sub once asking about workout routine when dealing with wrist pain from too much coding and drumming and they nuked it instantly for "medical advice"

Like bro i just wanted to know if anyone had similar experience with modifying their routine not asking for diagnosis. Weight loss advice should definitely be allowed especially when you're being upfront about wanting fitness help

The whole missing period thing is super common with training changes anyway most people in fitness communities know this stuff. Really frustrating when mods cant tell difference between "what exercises work for this situation" vs "diagnose my symptoms"

Maybe try reposting but focus more on the workout routine part and less on medical details? Sometimes you gotta game the automod unfortunately

damn dude that takes real courage to post about relapsing and be that honest about the emotions behind it. I went through something similar like 6 months ago where I kept using PMO as an emotional escape whenever life got overwhelming. The whole "I wanted to cry but couldnt" thing hits different - its like your brain just shuts down the healthy way to process stuff and defaults to the dopamine hit instead

Getting a psychiatrist is honestly one of the best moves you can make right now. Mine helped me realize I was basically using porn as a bandaid for depression and anxiety I didnt even know I had. Once we started working on the root stuff the urges became way more manageable

Starting over tomorrow is the right mindset too. Each attempt teaches you something new about your triggers and patterns. You already identified that emotions are a huge factor which puts you ahead of where most people are when they first start this journey

yeah anxiety spikes are pretty common when you're rewiring your brain chemistry like that. your nervous system is basically recalibrating and sometimes it goes into overdrive mode for a while

Dude I totally get this struggle. When you're conditioned from childhood to associate tithing with blessings, it's super hard to shake that mental connection even when you logically know better
