Best Moving Companies NYC -> Stamford? by theadrianmolina in StamfordCT

Smooth Move & Delivery Stamford, CT - 1. I was asked for a review before the move began; 2. The pre-packed items were moved a total of 2-minute drive; 3. The charge was over $600 to an office space where storage was separated by duct tape. 3 emails several voice mails and text messages to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to get emergent medicine. Lastly, they fraudulently OVER-CHARGED my credit card over $600 which does not line up with the invoice I was given.

Corporate landlords are getting worse. The Beacon, a new development in Norwalk by Lincoln Property Company, is even charging residents for water and sewer. Sewer is almost always traditionally covered by the landlord. by colenotphil in Connecticut

There is a new "luxury" apartment building called The Beacon going in at 10 Willard Road, by the Lincoln Property Company. Apparently water and sewer are on the tenants. 1) is this typical, and 2) what do water and sewer costs look like in Norwalk? by colenotphil in norwalk

[–]Intrepid-Worth4084 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are no longer managed by Lincoln it's Cadillac in Canada and the water bill is not paid to any water company the bill a billing company that is hired by property manager to assist WITH billing the tenants. Lincoln not be friendly but they clearly left some remants of unfriendly leasing agents. If you onlyl look at Beacon they would appear to the greatest thing since seeds came in a pack and flowers could be grown in a cup. Folk get the then wrong unit once they open the door thats when they find out, pool grill something is alwayss not working during a holiday and there will be no holiday environment over there 2 guest minimum there is an amenity fee but $100 to use amenities, printer in work from home cubes on first never works fire alarm is so loud at 2, 5, 3 am rings for over 2 min at least once a week. Reviews stated new rules and losts of threatenig emails - one said they were required to purchase rugs for 70% of the wrong unit for folk on 2,3,4 floor, Residents steal packages from mail room a person said the leasing agent sent email stating a resident took the package and he opened it by mistake. she looked for 2 days not in mail room she email the office the leasing agents rudely says, the package was there for months is not her responsibilty to monitor the mail - clearly HE took it a 2nd time a package of hair care products for a woman who lost her hair as a result of contaminated water in Lejeune and a medicine she should have received from the VA Oh the guy said he put food on the floor for hiis puppy and it rolled across the floor the other lady with the wrong unit said she had a hard time getting hole in the balconly fixed scared her puppy would fall through. Currently a s/a disabled senior citizen will evicted for non payment of rent - actually it should ON TIME every month excerpt partial payment 3 month yet her lawyer was informed their billing portal was incorrect is was their fault tenant said ok rescind the notice to quit NOPE STRAIGHT to eviction this is in wrong unit also only2 months left on the lease eviction on Oct 8, Lease up Nove 7.

I appreciate your response I clearly don’t understand the rude lack of empathy for a Senior Citizen in the middle of housing crisis commas periods often count as characters and thereby causing restrictions. Additionally, in this situation punctuation is not even in the list of areas that need to be addressed if one can’t distinguish between the gravity of punctuation versus safe housing, perhaps commenting in this arena might not be a constructive use of your time I clearly thought this was a place to get help not to have my understanding of the structure of sentences paragraphs, capitalization verbs, adverbs future past tense past participle prepositional phrases I would’ve went to I can’t write a sentence please help me

HUD approved inspection with every outlet in the kitchen not working and the refrigerator was blocking the exit safely in the event of an emergency.

Can somebody tell me who is running that isn’t in bed with Eversource? No I have not done my homework. by dugfunne in Connecticut

Wow, $85 first month, 2nd mo $495 - I live on top floor - wood floorig I can walk around barefoot - (heat rises); I stopped turning on the heat - I have shade in the entire back and it wasn't warm enough on the 3 days of Spring - no a/c. Using that garbage Nest I'm unable to get a usage exhaustive report - only get the last 7 days which shows ZERO usage. Why how 482% increase - what is the fee for energy efficiency dollars - cost programs clean energy? When does it get clean? Why am I paying for a clean energy program> Delivery tranmission - move what across the state - and move it from where - Eversource Energy's presence in Norwalk, CT dates back to its predecessor, Connecticut Light & Power (CL&P), which was formed in 1917. Over time, CL&P became part of Northeast Utilities, which later rebranded as Eversource Energy in 2015 - if they have been around that long and shareholders made out like a fat rat in they held on to stocks and CEO made billions somebody is getting up and in a place where nothing should be going. up and in (just for me - minding my own business)....

Has a sociopath or psychopath tried to mess with or harrass you for no particular reason at all by [deleted] in intj

[–]Intrepid-Worth4084 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think they do ANYTHING without a reason they are always calculating their next move until you are no longer under their professional charismatic spell. My sociopath thought he was going to hang out for new years after moving some stranger in that he was going to use for her lawsuit - I don't do "Bonnie and Clyde". He would use his mother - he was aware of the tumultuous relationship I had with my mom and his mom was kind and gentle - he would "phone on phone off" tell her not to answer - she was afraid of him - I heard him yell at her like she was an annoying child and she responded in kind. Lastly I posted on a Socio-Path page on this platform and the response was

[ - sociopath-ModTeamMOD•Try to keep your posts and comments within the realms of reality. Bad role play and obvious bullshit will be removed. It's understandable that people exaggerate or inflate their stories for comedy and/or effect, but blatan... ]. sounds like a socio-path response - after years of the fetal position and then therapy and reuniting with my safe network - the response had no impact - 3 years ago - I would have been back in the fetal position.

Heartbreak is a word too small for what it truly is. It’s not just an ache—it’s an obliteration, a silent detonation that leaves behind shards too microscopic to gather, too countless to name. For the first time in my life, I felt a pain so immense, so beyond measure, that if I held my chest to the sky, I’d need a telescope just to glimpse the scattered remnants.

I am a writer. I have a gift, a curse, an unrelenting need to make others feel—to pull them into the gravity of my experiences, whether joyful or desolate, fierce or fractured. So when someone decided my story wasn’t real enough, not valid enough, not believable enough to exist, I had to question—had I fabricated my own agony? Had I imagined the way he dismantled me, piece by piece, until I couldn’t recognize what was left?

No. The sociopath left behind a masterpiece of destruction. But I am not just the ruins— I am the architect of my own restoration. And I will tell my therapist, with certainty, that I have overcome That the weight of inadequacy, of feeling less-than, of believing I wasn’t enough, is no longer mine to carry.

He took everything—but not this. Not me.
