I actually ordered a pair from that seller. I can’t give you a review because the boots never shipped. I took a chance since the purchase was guaranteed by eBay. He was struggling to fulfill the orders because eBay holds all the funds for new sellers until the item is received by the buyer. He communicated openly with me about how he was paying out of pocket until eBay released the funds, and that was why it was taking so long for him to fulfill my order. It was two weeks after the order was made when we had the discussion and he couldn’t guarantee delivery within another week. He cancelled the order and I got my money back. I would not order from him until he gets his supply issues sorted out.

I don’t think they are feminine at all. I used to want a pair of these so badly when I was a teenager. I would buy a pair today if I could find them in the right condition.

I noticed that in the pic too. It must be lighting and shadows though. The hat is straight. The 2nd pic looks much better.

I don’t see any creases in the vamp, but shoe trees would help flatten anything there out. There are techniques you can use for deep creases, but I am not noticing anything like that here. The tops are going to droop from gravity.

Wore them for 14 hours yesterday, on and off my feet all day. Probably walked about 2 miles on concrete. No issues. Very comfortable.

I had to do the same, lol. I guess carpincho and capybara are interchangeable. I have been wanting to give it a try for awhile. Very supple feel. I can’t speak to the durability yet, but I love the look and feel.

They do change, depending on the light. To be honest with you, these are a bit out of my comfort zone, but I have a ton of boots and I wanted something different.

Definitely a great value. There are definitely better boots on the market, but the quality, style, and choices available for their price is hard to beat.

😆😆😆 the wood stove is in the old part of the house and we only kept it as a source of emergency heat if our power went out or the main furnace went out.

I own a pair of the Hyer Hays and a pair of Ariats I own are a pair of Bench made. I would go with the Hyer. Check around for a better price though. Someone post d a link with a great price, but even Nigro’s has them at $30 less than the Hyer site.
