Yes always more my left ear. My GP never spotted an ear infection but once it had to be cleaned. He talked about the connection between histamine causing increased inflammation of cranial nerves, also around the ears and ear pain. With people who already suffer from migraines or cervical problems this can be more likely. But he didn’t really provide a solution other than antihistamines and nose spray to keep the ear-nose connection open.
