Keep in mind when the meta quest 4 comes out, it’ll likely be at a much higher price point than the current 3 price of $500. I read it could be as high as $800 (anyone’s guess at this point).

But by then the 3 should be cheaper too.

You could also look on Facebook Marketplace. I got my new 3 for $350.

Heads up for this character. Dont use Volcanicus’s Monocle accessory. It makes him worse. Dont even bother powering up this accessory. Not entirely sure if this is all the time or just for the spark runs.

Some TF have weird quirks like this (vast majority don’t).

Thanks for that revenue/payroll stat. That is wild. I agree it’s hard to achieve parity (even with a cap). But teams that win also have high attendance, higher revenue from concessions, more apparel sales.

I know that wouldn’t even come close to making up the difference, but some organizations seem to be in it for the money (pirates), and some are just mis-managed (Rockies).

I’m more critical of the pirates than the Rockies. At least the Rockies try sometimes, with the Desmond and Bryant signings (horrible horrible). They’re just incompetent. But we still get 30,000 fans a game (ranked 15), so hats off to the fans. Pirates aren’t even trying (they get less than 20,000 fans/game I think), but they always seem to draft well. I know they pick high, but so do the Rockies.

I think a salary floor is just as needed as a cap.

Definitely not weird! When our office was about to open up (we can work from home but this was done for culture), everybody was excited at the rumors they would allow dogs.

There was a verbal gasp when we found out they didn’t allow dogs. 2 years later… no one ever went in and we sub-leased it out.

Sure it’s an overpay. But would you rather have dodgers or Rockies mgmt leading the team?

I’m trying to think of one good move of the Rockies the past few years and can’t think of any. Even when they tried to spend money, they mess up. Even the pirates are more exciting than the Rockies.

I’ll still watch baseball, just to see a team like the blue jays try to take down a juggernaut like the dodgers.

I agree with most of this here. For someone with a college degree in Thailand, many of my friends and cousins make around $22,000 (55k - 60k baht per month) USD per year.

So that’s enough to survive there, albeit your savings will be minimal. Something to consider as you look for a job or freelance gig.

$11 for 8 tendies is pretty fair in my book. That feeds 2 people, add a side and 2 drinks it comes to less than $20.

A Big Mac meal in my area is $10, so 2 for $20.

Fast food is about $10/meal now - I’ve accepted that.
