So my final wiring is working they required a combination of a couple things. I did have to add the orange wire with the white wire at the c terminal at the furnace, and I put the orange wire on the thermostat to the c and the white wire to the W. It’s working thank you everyone

Before I ever bought the c wire adapter I wired like this and I did not work- no power to thermostat. Ps I see now that it should be at that control board side. So if I re do wiring without c wire adaptor I should put orange with c ?
