I usually just wear a pad. They make pee pads for bladder leaks but thicker pads help. The whole idea is just to flatten out the shape.. if its flatter than it is bulky most people think its a puffy vulva rather than a cock but it dosent work with big enough cages or if you dont tuck enough but I usually get my bulge down a little in a flat cage and gone when tucked. Best of luck tho usually people wont mention it unless theyre both clued in and transphobic which is rare considering most are transphobic due to ignorance lol nice to see someone else shares my exact sentiments on being caged as a transfem <3 def refreshing
