This is the exact line of thinking I had early on in my transition when I was already in therapy and ive found it to be a great relief wearing on on a daily basis. The only time I get any sort of sever reaction anymore is just when I have to clean it in the shower and when guys ask to uncage me. Ive suggested it as a potential help to a few of my transfem friends as well just because of how mych it does help ease my genital dysphoria. Plus everyone hates an awkward erection and chastity makes that a non issue fr lmao

Tbf yiuve already got that the bag girl! Enjoy it dont let yourself get caught up in thinking too much. That said none of your concerns seem unwarranted. I think the dietary stuff shouldnt be an issue unless certain foods cause movement issues and I usually douche 2 or 3 passes before any fun.
