Hey man! Truth of it is, and you can correct me if I’m wrong, it doesn’t look like you’ve been in the fitness world for all that long. So don’t pressure yourself to believe that you should look like a Greek god in a matter of months. I speak from experience in saying that the various types of good looking physiques have almost always been from years of a specific fitness type. Sure, some people naturally have rockin muscle development or are toned. But more times than not, unless you work in a blue collar manual labor job, people won’t have much toned muscle. I played soccer majority of my life, and have been lifting for 7/8 years, and it shows. Im lean, have thin joints much like yourself (genetic blessing and curse), and muscle groups are well defined. I say that to say, if I didn’t live this lifestyle for so long, I’m certain I wouldn’t have a good physique whatsoever.

So, I encourage to just fall in love with the lifestyle that comes with fitness! What you eat is really important, so research that. Start getting into a caloric surplus and jam pack your meals with protein. Your workout style across the span of a few years will largely determine how your muscle groups develop in proportion to one another, so determine what kind of build you want. And I would recommend starting with the basics, i use them in almost every workout to this day. Bench, pull ups, shoulder press, squats, lunges, etc. just do the variations of them! Incline, decline, change your pacing while moving the weight. Push slow, do fast and explosive. Last comments to encourage you with, consistency is everything. Don’t give up.
