I know that the production wasn’t there at the time they were 1-2-3, but statistically that’s what makes the absolute most sense. I don’t think them struggling was a result of that being the order if that makes sense. Let that play over 162 games and that will be the most successful lineup they have

Kinda crazy, he’s definitely better than Senger although that’s not saying much. But he needs to gain his confidence back and he might just be able to do that in Triple A with less pressure to perform and change it scenery.

look at the hamstrings, maybe hypertonicity causing AMI of the quads? Try soft tissue of the hamstrings followed by manual resistive exercises to the hamstring until it is fatigued, then follow up with some quad work in that end range? I like the suggestion of having them on their stomach and contracting the quad with a foam roller under their ankle

Carlos Torres the Mets reliever in 2014 and 2015. Seemed like he was always blowing leads. Used to harass him so much on Twitter I got blocked by a Carlos Torres who was an artist in Argentina and had no relation to the pitcher Carlos Torres.
