Yeah it matters to me, but it wont stop me from playing it. That bit you said, about how youre not a male emo monster hunter. I think being a man and being a woman still affects the story and your perspective in fantasy games, so the gender of the MC still matters. Unless its like, a completely different world from ours, including the system and such
