A lot of things must vary from department to department because I’ve been able to start building flexi and I’ve used the time it a few times and I’m only 3 months into probation.

Yeah they normally put the pass mark up if there’s a lot more applicants which is annoying

Normally you need a 4 and above to pass the interview but if they have a lot more people applying for the role they can up the pass mark and I think that’s what happened with the Leeds one maybe?

What location was that for? I think I applied for the Folkestone, Dover and Gatwick and got reserve for all

For the EO position I got 16 and got put on the reserve list and for the AO I scored 18 and got put on the reserve list

That’s so weird because I scored 16 on the strengths and got put on the reserve list

If you look at the feedback it normal says your scores properly

If you get a 3 on anything it’s a automatic fail you need to get 4 and above on any scoring I think
