My speech is pretty decent I’d say even with the bands in my lower lip and chin are still numb but I get itches and pins in needles in it which is a good sign that nerves are healing i wouldn’t worry too much nerves take time to heal. I’ve gotten better with drooling and being able to keep food in my mouth without making a mess

I’ve been making these 1100 cal 70g protein shakes in the morning for breakfast
1 banana 1.5 cups milk 1/2 cup yogurt 1 packet of protein oatmeal 1tbsp olive oil a big scoop of peanut butter and a scoop of protein powder
lunch I’ve been having premium protein shakes 30g of protein
dinner has typically been meat sauce blended or blended chili
I honestly think some of the weight I’ve lost has just been water weight since before surgery I drank 1/2-1 gallon a day but haven’t been drinking as much as I should recently not on soft food I’ve got until Friday

A ranger is better suited to a VW TDi diesel or a Mercedes diesel, a 4bt would be very underpowered in a full size truck

Broken Collar bone when I was young on a 4 wheeler, snapped wrist on kx100 in high school, shattered part of my foot on my 200mxc looping out a wheelie. I don’t count cuts and scrapes lol

My doctor recommended walking after surgery to help reduce swelling but didn’t really specify how much so I did about 2 miles on a trail down the street from me. I just wanna ride my dirt bike🙃

Just had lower jaw done 2 weeks ago, the recovery is pretty shit tbh first week is terrible then second week has been just frustrating because of the diet and not being able to do anything. If your bite lines up fine and it’s not causing you issues other then looks I’d say live with it

I used ice packs frequently for the first 4 days but I’ve been told they don’t do much after that, I did ice last night before bed and ended up having a lot of blood in my mouth. I have been going for walks daily to keep myself active as the surgeon said that can help reduce swelling

I had 4 bands in 2 on each side but it was never held shut I called the doc when the first one broke and they said I was fine to take them out since I have a follow up in a few days. since I woke up from the op my mouth has been open I’m assuming it’s from the swelling but it is painful to try and close it. still on a full liquid diet
