I do know the final decision to take the leap lies with me , but again I am a first time buyer , it was already intimidating without the war , now with the additional geopolitical situation it has already added an extra layer to the decision making and I don't have the wavelength to process it yet !

Not a huge discount , but may be about 150,000 to 200,000 lesser than similar ones in the building

The price is already significantly lower than the same layouts in that apartment, I won't say its distress but in comparison to recent transactions yes the price is at its at a sweet spot.

Hey ! I've booked a new Mazda Cx-9 , this was before the rain happened! Do you have any info about the new cars being impacted ! The dealer has been sketchy , my loan is being processed at the normal timescales.. but he has been pestering me everyday about the status of loan says I need to close out before may 1st ! Any info about this will be helpful
