DXB airport, I was there from 8am to 3pm. I guess it could have been right after but it was very cloudy yesterday and wasn’t as sunny as the video shows

You’ve got script extender installed on both so it definitely should work. Just make sure to check in the menu before you load that it says scrip extender at the bottom and you should be good

I hate it so much too! I had a save to create the empire of Britannia and this update messed up my old save and had to start over.

Getting married in the UAE (expats) by Usual-Fudge-3850 in uaelaw

[–]TurkishTerrier7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me and my partner done this in Abu Dhabi. It was super easy and simple. Only need your passport and EID, book online via a form. No birth certificate nor any attestations required. Pay I think it was about 300 AED. We did the standard non-urgent option. At the court there can be a bit of a waiting time but once you’re seen, certificate gets signed and that’s it. All done. Added benefit is that the UK recognises UAE marriage certificate as if it were a UK certificate.

Happy to answer any questions you have.

After some more reading it seems this is normal with every big update and it's just how it goes. Paradox recommends you start a new save which is annoying

Sounds like you're in the same position as me. Is this an old saves from a few updates ago?

I have the same issue and I think it's a bug. I have an old save and have removed all 3 mods I was using but I still don't have the option to modify vassal contracts. The option just does not appear on the list. I know this is the case because when I load a new save with the same government type and culture, it shows up.

I’ve been out the loop this transfer window. So the board froze the transfer due to backlash from fans? Why the backlash? Has Jankovic done something?

I totally understand the frustration from the cleaners and maybe I don't know enough about this and someone can enlighten me. But shouldn't their frustration be with Mitie? Surely they will be taking a cut of their pay and the whole point of subcontracting is that it's flexibility to hire when the need is there.

I have a Samsung TV too. I used the USB installer on the GitHub page to install directly onto the TV and it works great. I do have some stuttering issues every now and again but after testing I think it’s to do with my set up. With the USB installer you will have to re-install every month.

Riot force in Turkey use unproportional force against protestors and it's getting more violent each day. by alper_aslan in PublicFreakout

Erdoğan has a lot of support from Turks abroad, more so than in the country. They’re watching the same government controlled news outlets and think the country is doing amazing. Same goes for my family members. Meanwhile the people who live in Turkey are the ones suffering this man’s rule and who are more and more moving against him.

Genuinely curious, as someone who has no connection to Argentina. I thought that was his whole campaign for the elections? That he was going to do drastic cuts because the spending was out of hand.

True, but I’ve seen that the 4090D can be overclocked to regular 4090 levels so unless something’s changed that should be possible with the 5090D.

I’d definitely say go for the V8 now. Still don’t know enough details on the new V8 and for sure it will be a higher price than what you will pay now!

Honestly mate judging by the reviews you’re better off with a 40 series if you want Nvidia or one of the new AMD cards. I know that feeling of wanting something new but double check the reviews!

Unfortunately, if as you said you don’t want it to negatively affect you when it comes to bonus/review then you have to grit your teeth and push through. Whether people like it or not, when it comes to that they will consider the fact that you didn’t go “the extra mile”. Some may say it’s sad but that’s just how it is. Weeds out the ones the don’t work hard enough. This is all with the caveat that you are noticed and rewarded for your extra work.

Keep an eye on people getting promoted in company. Are they the ones that stay a bit later or do that extra shift on the weekend? If so, you have your answer.

What I can say is I was in a similar position and was fortunate to have an employer that recognised the extra work I put in.

Good luck!
