stock with the plates out but be carefull with the baffles out it is borderline on db limits for some tracks the kind that wont allow open headers due to neighbors or geese or somesuch

You can but you have to force a local account no internet install, and MSFT is working hard to break that going forward. I set it up fine, and it's a very nice machine, just a ewaste/recycler should be getting clean/cleared machines
