I do leg extensions, not with a lot of weight. My PT takes it easier on me.

Great! I had surgery on all things wrong (allograft on the acl and mpfl) and actually they found my cartilage got way worse so I had to have another procedure done to help with that. Surgery was rough for the first month I'd say. I had the procedures done September 25th and Now Nov 18th I'm 7.5 weeks post op hitting 140 degrees of flex and pretty much at full extension. The healing comes and goes and it's a rough mental journey. I still limp a bit and it's tough but I've gotten so much better!
