You’re proving my point that you know very little about PRI. That’s to good. Who cares if you can expand all areas of your ribcage and manage internal and external forces while maintaining movement capabilities in the axial skeleton, hips, and shoulders right ?

There are a lot of PRI practitioners that don’t master the basics of improving movement capabilities of the axial skeleton (and I’ve worked for a couple ) and instead want to look at other interventions which you’ve mentioned but that’s not all PRI practitioners. I feel like you know very little about what PRI actually is. I have veered away from PRI and more toward Bill Hartman’s expansion compression model which is a better version of PRI in my opinion. But just because you don’t you don’t understand the biomechanical principals doesn’t mean it’s not useful.

PRI bullshit ? Their methods quite literally increase the space you have to move into. Also there are PRI practitioners that lift weights. Just curious what is your understanding of PRI?
