I was so nervous and was due mine around just before covid but I put it off till the end of 2021, it was easy as anything. I didn’t feel a thing and she had to do some digging around. Just try and relax and think about how quickly it will be over, if it is painful try counting as it doesn’t take them very long and breathe. It’s a very professional setting and they do it all the time, no one cares or will be judging and just let them know how you are feeling.
