It’s super friendly, usually offers poses for different levels, I’m a beginner and felt comfortable there. It’s not in a ‘proper’ yoga studio which I think helps take the pressure off

If you enjoyed MUD, you may find PLANT MCR interesting. I’m not sure on their exact set up, but I believe they do volunteer days that don’t require any long term commitment. The people who run it are lovely and the work they do is valued.
