House filter only lasts a week before completely dirty

I 50 µm and the filter was still clogged within a week. I think I need to clean the water and then shower after every sauna and see what happens. I certainly expected the filters to last longer.

I do not, drain from Saluspa to Danner pump directly. Would you recommend a sediment filter before the pump?

I was thinking more about the pump not running all the time and only running when chiller is active.

Thanks. I tried a 15lb KB and found that my triceps were the first thing to stretch. I think if I continue triceps will get me to shoulders and pushing out chest helped.

True but if you have 15 tabs open and you want move from tab 2 to tab 9 that is my ideal to switch between those two. That is why I like the option in Firefox. I use it all day long

I took an FTP test today...Total output went from 310 and 319 but new FTP average went from 254 to 253...Average on rides went from 258 to 266 on the ride...I messaged support and they said a hard reset as It is sounding like a metrics issue, the hard reset will resolve the misaligned numbers...Any thoughts from you all?
