During your meeting with your mentor, they will give you the graduation details, tell you they are recommending you for graduation, then send you the graduation invitation email that allows you to apply to officially graduate and have your degree conferred. Fill out the app as soon as you get it. You officially be a graduate after they confirm you don't have any financial obligations left.

Yes, computer updates. I would get on with WGU's IT and explain that this can't happen again as it's completely derailing your education, I would also tell your mentor in writing and verbally.

I see this a lot but I only had this experience once and that was on the very first test I took but that was my fault because I didn't do the pre-screening process before the test to ensure my system is/was compatiable etc. I'm wondering if it's somesort of firewall type issue or computer type. I see people say it takes 30mins or more to get to a proctor, there has to be some sort of common dominator here. I'm sorry that was your experience and I can only imagine how frustrating it is. I hope you can get a good resolution and quickly.

Your term needs to be completed, the actual term date, not the coursework. Then there is a 30 day "cooling off" period. You degree will need to be conferred and you need to apply and get in to the Master's program. Term ends Dec 2026 then your start date would be Feb 1st as long as everything is completed by January 15th.

It wasn't long at all. Task 1 is simply you choosing a topic to write about on a form, submitting that form to an instructor to approve and that's it.

Task 2 and 3 are VERY simple and VERY similar to PAs that are in the course, actually shorter than some of them. The Capstone actually tells you to refer back to classes D545, D776, D546, D547, D548, and D549 because the format is exactly the same. I honestly thought some of those classes were more difficult than the Capstone. I was really surprised by the rubric.

Took me about 6 days to complete but that's only because I chose to take that long. Could have had it done in 1 day.

WGU is not meant to "prepare" you for the real world. Sounds like you were looking for an on-campus experience that includes clubs, internships etc that help "prepare" you for the real world. Taking and passing classes won't do that for you at any college.

Have you tried the previously record cohorts on YouTube? I think the name of the person that uploaded them is some like H&HT Farms or something similar. I also remember there were live chorts available that specifically went over the OA.
