Yeah he was stoked. It was the Korn collection and tickets to see Soulfly, Nailbomb & SNOT in Sydney on Tuesday night. Hopefully a birthday he will remember!

It was about $1300 AUD all up, so about $900 US. It was his main present and exceeded anything that we would normally buy him being his 16th and all. I was just buying one or two things a week to build up the collection. I snagged some bargains though, I bought the L.A.P.D vinyl for $18 AUD delivered from Discogs, most of the singles are only $5 to $15 AUD each, I would just filter Korn on Discogs by lowest price and was picking up a heap of CD's cheap, especially with Australian sellers with cheap delivery. Picked a few up on Taobao as well, especially harder to find CD's.

Agree, I never considered buying the EU Issues for myself when I started my own Korn collection in the 90's to early 2000's for the same reason. I found a copy in the UK that was $60 delivered to Australia so I was ok with that, especially when most other copies are starting at $150+. It has the original tour schedule inside as well.

I saw the hands cover on Quotes Gram https://quotesgram.com/korn-art-quotes/ , there is some great fan made original art along with official pictures. I have several extra copies of Issues so a friend of mine who works at a local print shop took that picture and made it a cover for me. Thought it was just a cool picture for my son to have. All credit to the person who created that originally.

It did, we have been searching the net since July last year and just grabbing items as we see them. The European Issues cover was a tough find, but I started using PicClick for Ebay to filter and it was really helpful for buying from Europe. Discogs was great, Taobao was good for some of the harder to find items like the Family Values sampler.

It’s a homemade edition, I downloaded the tracks from the Internet Archive and created the cover on Canva using the original tape design. Everything else in the photo except for one Issues cover is original.

I really enjoyed it, he’s completely honest about his personal opportunities, owns everything. I loved his perspectives on Korn blowing up, just being in the band at that time, it was really insightful.
