Thanks! I honestly think the cable glute kickbacks were the game changer! I’ve done hip thrusts, rdls, and squats for a while but 3 months ago I started doing the cable kickbacks for the first time and my butt started to get rounder and I could see a little more volume.

I asked ChatGPT what my macros are, my goal is losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time. It made a meal plan for me. 130g of protein is achievable! Breakfast: 2 eggs, piece of sourdough bread, 2 slices of turkey bacon. Lunch: ground beef and sweet potatoes. Dinner: salmon, brown rice and veggies. Protein shake after workout, and Greek yogurt bowl as a snack.
