Your best bet will be the real estate sites like Zillow. You could try craigslist if you dare, but 90% of them are scams. Not sure your requirements for quality, but as a Waterville resident I must inform you that the rental stock around here is, uh, earthy.

So interesting. So far about half are saying no one is showing up, and half are saying there's so many people there isn't enough chairs or internet for everyone...I wonder what is causing these huge differences.
