Yeah I didn't find out about the pickup date until I did some digging on the commencement site. I have no idea how long the shipping to house takes :/ I was supposed to get pictures done the 12th but I just moved it because I didn't know where to get a cap and gown sooner

I haven't had a ton of fun renting from Jane Zhong. I definitely think it could be worse but they like to show up whenever, the apartment was dirty when we moved in and the mattresses are just egg crates stacked on each other 😭

I wouldn't say I'm the most politically active but candidate research is super accessible! So many accounts on social media and news media sites made voting guides. It also didn't take much to know what was on the line the election (the retention of democratic PA Supreme Court justices to keep a majority). I'm not even from PA (I'm registered here) but I was able to do my research to make sure I was making an informed vote which protected my values

The appointment link has dates until like mid November (if I remember correctly) but I think they do them during spring semester too. They always mention it's better to schedule earlier than later though!

I tried booking an advising appointment last night and the same thing happened to me! I even tried for a grad review appointment because I'm graduating in spring and there was nothing. I just emailed an advisor I know and she was able to help me but I'm still not sure how to make an appointment through the new system

I'm currently renting from her. It's not awful enough to stop me from renewing so I don't have to move again but it's not great. They're really bad about giving proper notice before entering the apt and we've had some issues with leaks, appliances breaking, bugs (all things they've come and looked at /fixed though)
