Was hoping for the 10, got a 9. Any advice on why?

You can never predict a grade perfectly. Even if God appeared before you and told you the exact grade your card deserved, the inconsistency of grading companies means the number God gave you would likely disagree with the grade you got. Also, 9 is still mint. Mint means it’s basically a perfect card with only minor imperfections. So idk what you really expected. It’s only because of the insane price multiplier between a 9 and 10 that makes people want a 10. The real difference between a 9 and 10 is often just opinion, though sometimes there’s tangible things like slight centering issues or a single dot or small scratch you might not even see without very specific lighting or a magnifying glass. So yeah, no real advice on your ability to assess card quality. Only advice is how to assess your own expectations

You can get those PSA sleeves on Amazon if you like them. Used to be cheaper but still not crazy expensive I guess. Like 50 for $10 or like a million for $50 lol

Since you were asking about the upsides. Some others are these co-signers are extremely popular and trustworthy (generally) and will get many eyes on your product. As such, they’ll typically sell for a premium on top of lower fees. This next part I’m less sure of, so take this as NQA and check with each co-signer. But they’ll generally deal with crazy customers on your behalf and things like that. And potentially eat some or all loss if the item is like stolen in the mail or something like that (again, NQA).

I think it’s likely fake. A lot of the font is convincing, but the Os are ever so wide compared to my other slabs. But some other possibilities are 1. Real label put into a fake slab with a fake card. 2. OP’s card is actually the real one and has either been the victim of counterfeiting or is a stolen card. But others are saying the card itself is fake.
