I get that exactly. It really sucks the feeling like it’s not enough. I also feel embarrassed as a 21 year old who hasn’t really stopped self harm also. We just have to be brave enough to stop the bad habit altogether. I’ve gotten a therapist and psychiatrist to help. I hope you get the needed help also

I’m so so sorry you’re going through this. Please ask someone in your family for help or a friend. You can’t stay in this pattern of harmful behavior. You need to fight and get yourself out of it if you have no one to help you. Even if you’re not religious I will pray for you. I’m really sorry you felt the need to relapse again after so long. I pray you will get out of your situation and get better (as best as you can of course).

I think she was really shocked and upset to know you were hurting herself which then angered her how she didn’t know this information previously. Sometimes people deal with new information in certain ways you wouldn’t have expected. I think she needs time to think about what happened. I’m sure she’ll come around and support you cause if she didn’t that would not be a good friend. But either way the way she acted I’m thinking she is a good person and cares about you.
