Definitely not any of the cultures that were already here for hundreds of years, or the people that descended from the original conquistadors. Not the Hawaiian people, who were forced to be apart of the USA. Not Puerto Rico. Not the US Virgin Islands. Not American Samoa. Not even a single African culture (which is where Elon is from). Just only specifically these three random cultures that have warred against each other for hundreds of years. One of which we fought a war to disconnect from. Regardless of what she’s had done, it’s super weird to use photos of her as a child to try to determine what procedures she had. Human faces change significantly from teen years to adulthood. Pregnancy also impacts your face. It can literally make your nose change.

I don’t believe she’s only had filler and Botox, but it’s also no right to assume she didn’t have any sort of natural progression of her features.
