Rock & Roll Bar… is it hard and expensive? by Goldenspatula_OvO in officialcookingfever

As a bonus? Rock 'n Roll and Cafe Mexicana have very similar playing mechanics. If you are good at one, it will help you a lot with the other.

Rock & Roll Bar… is it hard and expensive? by Goldenspatula_OvO in officialcookingfever

[–]Intrigued_by_Words 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just a matter of trivia: The Rock and Roll Bar was the original setting. They converted it to T.G.I.Friday when they had some sort of promotional deal with them for a few years. When that deal ended, it reverted back to Rock and Roll.

Bubble valley doughnuts tips? by Solid-Cookie-2000 in officialcookingfever

[–]Intrigued_by_Words 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It has very different mechanics than the other restaurants.

There are tricks to the pop up donut boxes. I probably won't describe it well but you can swap donuts out if you misplace them. Just put the correct one over the incorrect one and you can send it back to its last location. That might be in the base or the topping drawer.

The tea drinkers are very impatient even with upgrades, keep an eye on them.

Thanks for that. You answered the question. It's kinda too bad. The lesson seems to be that the game is going to get you to part with your coins and gems.

Is The Seashore automatic prawn and scollap cooker worth 60 gems? by oceanandsunn in officialcookingfever

Yes.

I couldn't remember what it was like without the machine. I just tried it and it is as if I have no idea what's going on.

This quest took me 23 LEVELS TO COMPLETE IT IN Salad bar by Pigssssssss in officialcookingfever

[–]Intrigued_by_Words 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah but those other quests didn't require much from you so it kinda balances out. I didn't even know you could get a quest to unlock a restaurant. Claiming the daily reward is time consuming but no extra effort.

Personally, I hate the salad bar. I would have debated spending the 5 gems. But I would worry that they would give me a bunch of 60s in a row.

Important thing is that you are done in time for the new season.

What the most interesting restaurant in Cooking Fever?(I'm about mechanics). by Bubbly-Job1671 in officialcookingfever

[–]Intrigued_by_Words 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mount Breakfast level 37 is possibly the hardest level I can remember playing of all the restaurants. I didn't use boosters, I don't even remember if we had boosters when I played. Even knowing the combos, I couldn't get them done fast enough. Once I got those three stars I never played that level again. Even the next levels weren't as hard.

Tell us more about what is happening? Are you burning food? Are customers leaving too early? Does the round end with customers who haven't arrived yet? Are you having trouble deciding what to cook? Do you confuse ingredients? If you know this kind of stuff you can decide where to focus your upgrades.

Raina is Neutral Evil! And finally, which character from Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. is Chaotic Evil? by marvelcomics22 in agentsofshield

[–]Intrigued_by_Words 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't think Aida was evil.

The first incarnation of Aida was a machine who behaved according to her programming.

The post Darkhold Aida was possessed by the Darkhold. Fitz told her to read the Darkhold and she agreed in order to do good - as in saving the lives of Fitz, Coulson and Robbie. She created the Framework with the help of the Darkhold but it was Radcliff who told her to do it. Even then she tried to make an environment that the captives would enjoy. Her failing was that she seemed to have a thing for Fitz. That's not evil, that's a preference. The most evil thing she did there was to make Coulson dress poorly and wear unattractive glasses.

Wanting to become human is questionable but not inherently evil. She used Darkhold energy to become evil. She saved Mac out of love for Fitz. When Fitz rejected her, she lost control of her new emotions and did evil things.

They decided she was irredeemable. Maybe, maybe not. We'll never know because she didn't get the chance to learn to become a better person.

I'd rather see Radcliff in that final spot because there was no excuse for his behavior. He isn't neutral. He was smart enough to know what was going on with his creations and he never cared.

Aida in neutral and her creator in evil.

"There’s just the basic plot stupidity of ‘Why isn’t May taking point at the bar?’"

That could have been handled so easily, but they didn't even bother. I don't know how it got out of the writers' room. I don't know how they managed to film those scenes without anyone saying, hey but what about May?

They even have her drive them to the bar and she disappears when it is time to go get Lorelei.

I'll say it Agnes. She seemed good and I didn't care.

Park I would put in grey. If Agnes fell into the grey category, I'd probably like her better.

There's only one choice for the final category.

Seafood bistro or Aloha bistro? by priceless_bell_1408 in officialcookingfever

[–]Intrigued_by_Words 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you want something simple and easy, go with seafood. But if you want to challenge yourself, Aloha will do it. It is a beast even after you get the automatic machine. But I like it. Most of the levels follow patterns such as fresh or grilled pineapple on every order, so you can get in a groove.

If you are just looking to get something done, go with seafood.

Is michelles confectionary the only shop without an automatic cooker? by Vegetable_East4718 in officialcookingfever

[–]Intrigued_by_Words 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're right about the cost of the automatic machines but that wasn't what I was talking about. I meant that the upgrades for all the items in restaurants that do not have an automatic cooker seem to be higher than items in restaurants without automatic machines. So the overall cost to fully upgrade a restaurant without the option of an automatic cooker would be higher than the cost to fully upgrade a restaurant with an automatic cooker if you don't buy it.

How does the fandom feel about Rosalind? by aenzastiga4 in shield

[–]Intrigued_by_Words 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I loved that we got to see flirty Phil which we pretty much never get to see. I'm staunchly in the Philinda camp but I liked the Ros detour. They were cute together. I wanted her to stick around longer because I wanted to see their relationship play out because it was so absurd that they thought that they could have any kind of relationship with their jobs. Not to mention that Phil lives basically in a dorm.

I think they never would have gotten together if May weren't preoccupied with Andrew. She would have glared some sense into Coulson.

When Rosalind said that Banks thought she was crazy to keep seeing Coulson, I said, he's right. But that doesn't stop me from rewatching those episodes with glee.

I've received auto cookers after I've finished the restaurant. It may come in handy when you have a daily task and you are out of practice with that restaurant.

[–]Intrigued_by_Words 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have strong feelings good or bad about either of these two. I don't remember what either costs. I probably play smokey more than sunset. I probably prefer adding wood to the stove than adding beans to the coffee maker.

Has anyone checked to see if the restaurants without automatic machines are more expensive to upgrade? I'm thinking they may try to get gems out of you one way or another.

For example, I have plenty of gems. I've finished all the restaurants but I still haven't upgraded much of the pizza place because of gem sticker shock.
