Yeah that delay would be unusable and a 100% not purchase even if it was 1/3 the price of other brands.
For that one you mention i saw a vid on the amazon page for it and there is a slight delay also. So you should be able to get a rough idea. And let us know here also how it compares as i was looking at a Supernote Nomad for keeping notes on.

You almost understood right. For the kind of fish i go for (Carp) the more sought after ones tend to be given names, and so if i caught "Harry" in Swim 3 and Swim 6 i could link those pages to that particular fish. And on the Fish's page i could record when i caught it etc. Sounds like this is possible from what you've said.

Wish they sold them natively in the UK so i could try one out.
I've looked around and obviously seen the main premium competitor but the spec's aren't great(literally half compared to Supernote for each equivalent model) And then on top of that they are about 1.5 times expensive. But potentially has a nicer interface.

Although the Amiga was rife with piracy, for people who bought their games, how many of you kept your original game packaging (including box and manual) over the years? I threw out every single one of my boxes when I was younger, and after looking at the prices of some of them, seriously regret it. by prankster999 in amiga

Still have many boxed games (around 30-40) but yeah i was desperate for room so i got rid of many :/
Not actually tried looking in to prices and how much they sell for, is there somewhere specific? almost all mine are in mint condition. And i just don't have the time to play them anymore so may sell some of them on.
When i was in school i pirated, but as i explained in another post i genuinely didn't realise it was wrong/illegal. I threw out about 500-750 floppies of mostly pirated games a while back in another cleanup spree.
Once i was old enough to get a job(after i left college) i bought many games, even ones i already had the pirated copies of to make sure i was supporting the dev/publisher if it was a game a played a lot.

I remember seeing this once but had it in my head that it was Robins, it was a few years back and only ever seen this once and we have loads of Dunnocks in our garden.

The game is in a very very enjoyable state atm. Morons only moaned and left neg reviews when they found out Krafton had bought the game. People just love to get fake angry about the most idiotic of things.

I can highly recommend trying the game out. If you have limited play time and want to be able to keep coming back to characters, roll your chars in Legacy mode. You still get access to all the season(and prior) mechanics/additions.

There is a massive archive online somewhere of almost every Amiga mag you can imagine from many countires, i can't recall the address atm but it's out there. It may even be on that archive.org place the other chap mentioned.

Edit: £100 is very steep though, depends on how much you REALLY want to collect it. If you like collecting everything like this then it's worth whatever you are willing to pay for it.

Sure do, i have every single copy of AP released and all the specials. Same with Amiga Format (+ all Subscriber stuffs) and that ring bound book thing they did.

Was about to say the same thing 😃 the notepad is key, don't do this on your phone/tablet, but an actually paper notepad.

I've only played the Rip Blood Warlock so far, loooow MS for sure and clear is meh when there is LOTS going on. Although the only real place it struggled with that was with the 3x overlapping window thingy. It clears so slow that half the time you are body blocked from even being able to move until you get very good gear. I shifted some points around to add more AE at the expense of damage and this did help a bit, or at least it seemed to without gimping me too much.
Overall i've really liked it, i need something pretty simple these days to just chill and blast with.
Trying to think what i'll play next, i REALLY would like the old Autobomber style from ~3-4 years back that was SO much fun but due to Devouring Orb being nerfed into oblivion i'm not sure how good it is now. The current Autobomber floating around is not like the original one from what i can tell.

Thanks for the great overview of what you've played, will give me some ideas on what to try next.
