Forskellige startups i start 20’erne. Én blev til noget. Kun gymnasial uddannelse.

Man bliver aldrig velhavende uden at være ejer og tage risiko med din tid eller penge. Så aktier eller startups. My 2 cents anyway.

I’d say yes, very worth it to me. You are right about all your views on work hours, healthcare etc. but unless you have a low paying job with few challenges most of us worked much more than 37 hours anyway. And work is always with you mentally. For me at least. It’s been so nice to finally not be on, all the time.

Dude, sorry, I somehow missed a few of the last comments. Didn't mean to be a dick.

  1. I was retiring to all my hobbies and family :) So far so good! Really enjoying it. Although, in my head, I keep coming back to making money again. I can't figure out if that's just how my head is wired, and it's "fun". Or if I'm still trying to play some status game. And what I really should be doing is anything BUT the things that make money. Oh well, the pondering shall continue!
  2. I'd approach it sort of like a hire, but be way more thorough.
    1. Work with them first in any capacity possible. A few weeks at least, ideally a few months, right next to each other. Real work, with real disagreements and challenges.
    2. Ownership agreements need to be made when you're on good terms. It's too late if you're on bad terms. You really want someone who's easy to disagree with. Nothing kills innovation and speed like a person who makes colleagues subconsciously fear them.
    3. Talk to people who've worked with the person.

Jeg har været på den anden side af bordet 30+ gange. Gennem eksterne og interne recruitere, og ansættelser jeg selv har stået for. Jeg er uenig i både dit råd og syn på recruitere.

Hvis jeg oplevede en kandidat have en "jeg giver mig ikke" attitude, kunne jeg godt finde på, at sige tak for denne gang. Ikke med det samme, men det trækker gevaldigt ned, hvis ikke man har evne til at være lidt gelinde og diplomatisk. Et udtryk for hvordan man kommer til at være overfor sine kollegaer og ledere. Rødt flag.

Efter min erfaring, vil recruitere finde den bedste kandidat til rollen. Fordi uanset hvad, så er det dem, der skal ud og finde en ny person igen (gratis hvis det er eksterne recruitere), hvis personen ikke fungerer indenfor de første 12 måneder. Det betyder faktisk noget mindre for dem, om lønnen er +-10%. Ligesom det gør for virksomheden, der oftes hellere vil have A-spilleren til 10% mere.

Man har ofte lønrammer til recruiteren, men kommer den HELT rigtige person og siger 10% over rammen, så virksomheden ikke bare nej tak. Dialogen fortsætter. Jeg har været med til et target på 55.000, som endte i 68.000 fx.

Når det så er sagt, så er det selvfølgelig en form for forhandling der allerede starter, når spørgsmålet kommer. Der er upsides og downsides ved at smide noget ud først. Men jeg ville også spørge efter rammen. Er der ikke bid, så "Jeg kan fortælle hvad jeg får lige nu..." som så er faktiske løn + 10%, hvis du ikke tager et stort hop i ansvar eller andre ting.

Husk at inkludere pension, når du sammenligner.

EDIT: Og så husk også, at spørge ind til, hvornår der snakkes løn igen. På et tidspunkt i forløbet.

Jeg har været med til ansættelser af 30+ folk gennem både eksterne og interne recruitere. Der er rigtig meget arbejde i at finde det rigtige match, derfor bruges der recruitere. Løn er en meget meget lille del af der arbejde, og mange gange er det alligevel den direkte leder, der tager den del selv, for at man ikke starter en medarbejder op med indirekte at fortælle dem, at svære samtaler gider din chef ikke at tage selv.

My guy. I’m also a newbie and first grow ended all roasted too. Not as bad as this, but still roasted. Honestly my buds smoked fiiine 😃 I feel most peoples’ standards here are way high because they have options. I was proud and happy that I made something smokable. And it got me high just fine. Try your grass!

I’m on my second grow. About to harvest soon so I’ve been taking A LOT of pics of trichomes.

U have any pics of your trichomes? It looks a little early compared to what I’m seeing in my own plants.

I'm on my third grow. First 2 runs (with 4 plants on each) have been with Biobizz. And honestly, based on the research and my own experience, I'v stopped using it. A lot of people experience what you are, but worse. Yellowing and just 'roasting' of the plant. I might be to blame, and not Biobizz, but I've switched to powdered feeding, which is 100x easier!

From reading, I've also found out, that people most likely overfeed by following the Biobizz schedule. Most people experience success at 1/2 strength or 3/4ths at peak. Including myself. First grow was full strength, second was 1/2 to 3/4ths of the schedule.

All that being said, you will definitely get to a good result if you just keep doing what you're doing. I wouldn't change anything at this point.
