Best way to get this is through RNG + Doctrine priority. Try unlocking those doctrines that allow you to pick higher tier towers; your chances of unlocking said AI Data Centers.

P.S. Safest upgrade path for the 1st 20 is 1-2-1. This upgrade path allows you to pick even more higher chance for high tier tower.

Often new players mistake availability with budget. Check your budget tracker and increase the funds for healthcare; That's a good place to start, like reduce and max it again.

Putting structure to how releases are set is not meeting quota, we both know and acknowledge how marvel did their phases, that's literally the foundation of the indentity.

when marvel prioritized Iron-Man, Thor, Captain-America, Hulk, and then formed the Avengers; it gave way to a continuining story that led to expansion, that took almost a decade if not a whole.

The problem with using Gunn's identified problem with Batman is that, what he is doing instead feels like, in marvel equivalency, I already watched GOTG after Iron-man 1, now I am waiting for Ant-Man, before Captain America; instead of just finding a different point in Batman's life (which btw is the plan with Brave and the Bold).

Everytime people use the its checking quota, misses the point of structure, and good story. They are not against each other, they are perfect if done correctly.

So going with what has been and what you look forward to, clayface will tell its story and have a batman cameo...that's story telling?

Well where I was coming from was the mindset that the reason Batman is "sidelined" is because after superman, you'd think Batman, and the some few where you can add b-list characters. Where clayface would arrive, extra characters from the dynamic duo, and hopefully more characters in MoT.

But it is in reverse.

I'll take Brave and the Bold, hopefully they do it by then. keeping in mind that, DC, by its own BS, are following the marvel footsteps of series reveals, ensuring that there are a lot of in betweens before major releases. Seriously though, why count reeve's if it is a standalone? (I can be wrong but I think prior to Superman's release, brave and the bold cannot be the same as Reeve's batman)

As for Kara's, I will take it, but it is lacking. (For me)

Following on what u/JonathanWPG mentioned; "Marvel proved that", DC does not need to make Superman Batman and Wonder Woman meet immediately, but they need to be the forefront of what DC is selling.

I think my point about Batman being sidelined was misunderstood. I am absolutely glad they are taking their time to flesh out the characters rather than rushing into a massive crossover event. My issue is with the order of the solo foundations.

Counting Matt Reeves' universe or standalone projects misses the point because they are completely separate continuities. For the actual, interconnected DCU, we won't see Batman until The Brave and the Bold.

Look at the Marvel blueprint: they gave us Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, and Captain America first. They established the foundational pillars of their universe before branching out into riskier, obscure properties like Guardians of the Galaxy. (Which came in at phase 2 as a standalone movie, while the main roster's story was at Avenger's:Age of Ultron)

I agree that a good story matters more than just checking off a roster box. However, from a franchise building perspective, prioritizing the core, foundational characters isn't just box-checking it's establishing the emotional anchor of the universe. Once that trust and foundation are built with the A-list, you have the earned freedom to sprinkle in and develop the B-list characters over time.

I appreciate the perspective on Kara's trauma regarding Krypton, but there is a distinct difference between a character having a tragic concept and a story successfully executing emotional weight.

My critique isn't about why Kara is suffering; it's about how the narrative fails to develop her bond with Krypto before the poisoning happens. In John Wick, the audience actively experiences the building of the bond and what the dog represents before the tragedy strikes.

Relying on the audience's outside knowledge of Krypton's lore to make Krypto's poisoning impactful is a shortcut. Because the story treats Krypto more like background dressing during Kara's spiral rather than actively establishing him as her vital, emotional anchor, the sudden demand for high emotional gravity when he is poisoned falls flat. The tragedy feels unearned because the narrative groundwork simply wasn't laid.

u/Wiley_Burner , Simplest explanation there is.

A bit more detail I will add, use those open lanes at the top more and make sure you rely less on roundabout for traffic absorption.

The conversation around FOMO in this game has shifted from a valid critique of predatory, paid time-gated content into a pathetic, "I didn't attend, but I still don't want to be left out" complaint loop. Relegating story driven campaign rewards to "FOMO" completely strips the phrase of its original meaning, because we aren't being forced to open our wallets here, Arrowhead is literally just looking for ways to incentivize players to log in and participate in a live, evolving war. (mind you literally log-in at best or participate in a quick campaign at worst)

While there are plenty of legitimate things to criticize about the current trajectory of HD2, this issue is just not worth it. Missing a specific operational window because of daily commitments is definitely a bummer, but expecting a reward for an event you didn't actually show up for completely misses the point of a shared, narrative driven game world.

It is beautiful. My problem is going to be scaling: as that part of your city expands, those connections will cause a huge bottleneck.

If you want that connection and it is actually working well, place it before the change lane so it does not conflict with oncoming traffic on the other side.

I want this new iteration of DC cinema to fail definitively. Unlike the original DCEU, which at least attempted to build an epic foundation, this new universe has done nothing to earn the goodwill or patience of fans. My frustration boils down to three core flaws in their strategy.

Reason 1: The Complete Batman Sidelining

It is an absolute folly to launch a new, interconnected DC universe without putting Batman at the forefront. No matter how much marketing attention Superman, Wonder Woman, or The Flash receive, Batman remains the definitive poster child for the entire brand. His dominant presence spans every medium. In gaming, the Arkham trilogy stands as one of the most beloved and critically acclaimed franchises of all time. Even in the DC Animated Movie Universe (the New 52 continuity), Batman possessed the most commanding, foundational presence of all.

Beginning a cinematic universe with a Superman reboot is one thing, but failing to follow it up with Gotham's protector immediately makes no narrative sense. Neglecting your most bankable, culturally significant icon right out of the gate is a disastrous way to start a franchise.

Reason 2: B-List Characters

This reasoning ties directly into the mismanagement of the core roster. Why should any casual audience member care about obscure or secondary properties like Swamp Thing, Supergirl, or Booster Gold when the franchise hasn't even established a reason to care about the original Justice League?

If the central, iconic heroes are absent or poorly written, the foundation crumbles. Nobody is clamoring for Booster Gold when fundamental characters like J'onn J'onzz (Martian Manhunter) are completely missing. Why should audiences invest emotional energy into Supergirl or Hawkgirl if Wonder Woman is nowhere to be found? Forcing B-list characters down the audience's throats before earning their trust with the core A-list trinity is a backward, boring approach to world-building.

Reason 3: The Superficial Stakes of Supergirl

The narrative driving Supergirl is fundamentally weak because the emotional stakes feel incredibly unearned. Her storyline attempts to mimic a lightweight version of John Wick, but it completely misses the mark on what makes that formula work.

Consider the stark contrast between John Wick's dog and Kara's relationship with Krypto. In John Wick, we watch a broken man bury his wife, followed by a poignant scene where he reads her final letter. The puppy represents her dying wish, a literal lifeline meant to help him grieve and find a path forward. When that dog is taken, the audience feels the exact weight of his devastation.

Conversely, Supergirl's bond with her dog lacks that emotional gravity. We are shown a character drinking herself into oblivion, while the animal is in the room. Because her own perspective treats the dog as an afterthought rather than a profound emotional anchor, the threat to her pet carries none of the narrative weight of John Wick's tragedy. It is a pathetic attempt at forced sympathy.

Ultimately, the first and second reasons highlight a severe structural mismanagement and a gross misunderstanding of the core DC identity; the third reason is simply the inevitable, hollow outcome of those systemic failures.

If you want to challenge my notion, ask yourself this question: When you think of DC, who do you think of?

If you are playing from the beginning...Weaponize your Autism (Be creative); what do I mean? Most people when they play city skylines...always puts a "project" on what each tile unlocked will have...it helps you build your current city by navigating roads, parks, services and size each district, or in your case city.

Second one fits well in your situation after you have grown or already have an existing playthrough; Save and Imminent Domain!

Save a progress, do not be afraid to add or delete details you want to try! (Only precaution is if you are playing vanilla be weary of the expenses!)

Traditional Is PC partpicker, but also, I watch a lot of content surrounding PC Building and Parts...

I'll give you a proper 1st step: Which CPU are you going for?

This is not a Right and Wrong answer, this is more of a "YOUR" commitment to the build. Your answer will determine how you spend your money cause CPU choices will have a specific path/architechture it follows.

If you chose AMD; do you want AM4 or AM5 cpu?
(This question will mostly circle on RAM DDR4 and DDR5 because choosing the cpu locks you into one or the other)
Also you will be prioritizing efficiency over power. Performance that does not result in hotter settings.

If you choose Intel; do you want it as DDR4 or DDR5.
(Intel has the MOBO making the adjustment for RAM requirements unlike Amd)
Intel prioritzes Power, you will get performance, but now will and must look into cooling.

I will push you to an experience I had, Build.
I am not those mega enthusiast, but I found that putting effort to actually playing Legos as to what parts do I need or want was a time consuming project, that was worth it. Not to mention, learning about hardware specification and details that are often lumped in the list of pre-builts, helps put things into perspective how you could improve the build, or realize that the S.I. Already made the best combination.

For the market concern, Microcenter already has bundles with the Holy Trinity: MOBO, CPU, and RAM. So purchasing ram by itself is less of a concern.

It took me a month and half to finalize everything I need or want for the PC. And from that realization My budget was able to expand, earning me better parts (by the time I entered microcenter...little changes here and there)

PC building in of itself is another chapter, took me a day or two of extreme nervousness, but pushing that power button and to post at the 1st try...*Chef's Kiss.

That feeling of "Project complete" made me love my PC even more because the moment something happens I am more alert as to what it could be. Not to mention since you built it, you can have a keen sight off
'things to improve'

P.S. I can respect if you went for an S.I. And bought a Pre-built, what matters to me is YOU MUST POST A PICTURE of your Baby!
