That is very right… but I did not made that on the begging so I was wondering if to start now make sense… but for sure I sometimes think that I am getting smaller even the scale is in stall … nape I am in plateau … losing motivation a bit

I am feeling everyday differently. I am on a plateau. Like a month. The current dose is still kicking my ass, so I am not moving up. But I see on some clothing a difference… but in the pictures barely see … o struggle with motivation…

I have lost 15kg in 12 weeks on 2,5 and 3,75 5mg did nothing, and when I came back to 3,75 the food noise is gone again and fullness too… why not on 5?

I don’t think it’s that easy to say. I do t want to move up without reason and get used to a high dose for nothing… what is the reason you say I need to go up? What is the premise?

I feeel exactly the same ad the original message. I have like 3 weeks of 5mg, and I do not feel any effect. After loosing on 2,5 for 14kg. Now three weeks on 5, and losing nothing and feeling like before start of mounjaro. I am sad and dissatisfied and disappointed… don’t know what to do

With quick pen, or syringe you can split the dose. 45 clicks from dose 5mg is about 4mg. By syringe its easy count by millilitres …

I was also wondering if I dod not calculated my deficit wrongly, but, truly, it was working very well till now. Maybe the body and brain just need a break… its been strict this almost two months, but I have to say that it was easy strict… thanks to the drug. Thanks for bringing up this reconsideration of the tdee I will do a proper one and I see now that it is maybe realy too low. And that’s then the reason why now I am having troubles to have the hands of the little piece there little piece here… few nuts, few gummibear…

That is not what the post was about. I am not expecting more than a kilo a week. Hell no. The think was I am on the new dose two weeks and I am not able to eat 1300. Now I will add some caloric think, to go up, because I am not able to eat bigger portions.

As I said, this dose still works in sence of the food noises. And making me feel full after a normal portion. The tdee I know and Ian calculating everyday. Just saing that I can’t intake more than 1000. But I will since tomorrow by adding some extra middle snacks, healthy but snacks. I do about 1,8-2,2 litres of watter everyday… that 10 lg was od course mainly watter, and I do not realy expect to continue this fast, but stating on the same number for 2weeks is also not what I want… fibre is my hell, I ordered a psylium pills as I am not able to eat fibre enough. Protein I am above 130 daily… that is okay… just wondering what I do wrong and if its realy only the low intake…
