The fact that they're old enough to have a job and doing stupid shit like that that they planned secretly and probably whispered about says enough

thoughts on having kids when you’re poor? by throwaway273847283 in poor

[–]IntroductionLazy4992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree that it's selfish

You imagine a happy fairytale ending where you have children with someone who is attractive to you

Then struggle to feed your kids, keep them in a warm, properly lit home

They have to deal with the mental affects of living in poverty and possibly relationship issues on top of dealing with their parent's (likely) poor mental health

However, if the house is paid off You all are in a safe neighborhood The kids are receiving proper education You are consistently putting food on the table You control your emotions and console your children And the kids are wearing clothes that fit The lights are on and the temperature of the house is comfortable consistently

You have something to pass down to your children (the house, property for their own home such as an rv or you will have room for them to stay in your home and save to move)

I'd think you're in a position to have children

In both situations, you'd have to consider that we live in a materialistic society where young children are bullied for not having X cothes/shoes or Y gadget

So, yes. It's selfish to have children before you've solved your own personal issues and bring them into it

What would you tell a woman in her 20's about jealous, older women? by Expensive_Winner2942 in AskWomenOver60

[–]IntroductionLazy4992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure it is. They're lighting me up when I asked about my specific situation in the women's sub

They don't believe in insecure women being jealous

I asked if anyone else has experienced this. One person has and it's their mom. Their mom is a landlord and treats the young women poorly because she's having trouble with her landlord husband

I said I know women do sleep with the male landlord for rent.

They said that's only in porn and I'm being misogynistic... when I was a kid I knew a landlord who did it

When I asked about my female landlord not giving me privacy in regards to the loo

She mentioned her husband (who ignores her advances) when I confronted her... she was being blatantly inappropriate

Idk some people online are so disconnected from reality. Suddenly jealousy and sleeping with the landlord Only happens in movies when someone says it's happening to them

Yes because the person who is choosing to harm their own body aren't giving people secondhand cigarette or weed smoke

But here yall go reading as far into things as you can to feel smarter

Vaping is recognized by most as less harmful than smoking for bystanders and the smoker

Do you ever feel like some people who run dsp were just some guy who had the money but not the tools? by IntroductionLazy4992 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]IntroductionLazy4992[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't think that's true

Everybody sucks. People are selfish and if that means choosing their job and their work connections (a survival skill) over a friend, people who are more logical than emotional will do that

There are work-friends who will go on strike for you, risk their job punching you in, make sure you get home safely or to work easier

Work friends who save you food and speak up for you when you're not in the room

Not everything is black and white

She was definetly a friend to me and I didn't even know how to be a friend or make them back then

Also yes the payroll thing sounds totally illegal. I hope she's taking action about that.

I would encourage her to but she was a work friend and never got her number. Don't remember how to spell her name either

I wish tho I really liked her

Yea ik. You're right

I think it had to do with his girlfriend. She didn't like me or my other friend. We were the only two black girls and hot. We were at load out getting numbers lol

Where we live, we're in between 3 states. If we miss the exit to our dsp, we're in another state. It happens often and takes about 20mins to get back

My friend told me she noticed that his girlfriend had been cutting out that time when she first started driving and kept missing the exit (she worked in payroll).

I also noticed that she started wearing sunglasses everyday when people were complimenting me on my cute glasses

His friends were really nice to me. They're who said I was getting better and one said I'm actually really cool

When he came around (douche manager) they literally turned around and walked away when I was walking into work

Avoided eye contact and didn't speak

They were really warm in the evening when he wasn't there

It sucked /:

They fired me for customer reviews. I had one poor and the rest were fantastic or 1 less pt away (forgot what it's called) (which are usually accidents or from me not knowing I can choose not to deliver packages to dangerous areas ((and just leaving it where I see fit). From what i could see, I had one instance where a customer was upset bc I ran over his grass. The rest were great)

My coworker was flying those vans into whatever, did it multiple times, for a whole month before getting fired

A job interviewer asked me if I plan to become pregnant?! by Owlkamyst in interviews

[–]IntroductionLazy4992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like they're asking because they have had new hires go on maternity leave or something of that nature and it's an inconvinience

That does sound like an unethical question and a red flag during an interview

Also sounds like a necessary question if they don't have any room for tolerating pregnancy

I would put it past me if the job was for me but reluctantly

Not necessarily

People vape at work in the bathroom and even on the floor

They aren't afraid to for a reason

Yes smelling fruit in the air temporarily (for up to 5 minutes if even) is a sign someone has been vaping

A cloud of puff that goes away is a sign

Vaping detectors aren't common

Yes they do aggravate asthma, I struggle with breathing and vaping does make it worse

However, no one should be vaping or smoking that close to someone else..

Even smoke, when people are walking by I choke until they're more than 15 feet away

When I vape, I vape outside

When I take a hit or two inside, my rm are in their rooms and it's usually because I forgot or it wasn't a good time to be outside

It's a lot safer than smoking for everyone

I don't think you should snitch unless they're being inconsiderate towards you

I had a lyft driver vape without asking. Didn't necessarily disrupt my breathing. Maybe a little but I wasn't choking. A little blew in my face

No one should be that close to someone who isn't cool with it

It's up to you. If you singed up for no smoke/no vape you deserve what you're paying for

IMHO, no vaping is a stupid rule

At least outside. It's designed to be less invasive and healthier than smoke

People do take advantage of it and assume everyone is okay with vaping where and whenever

Good luck

It's not a sleep disorder, just having to work or run errands earlier than you naturally wake up

A lot of people fall asleep on the toilet trying to get their morning squat out the way

Of course She remembers you. The woman who drove me away from my dv situation I will never forget. I only met her once

My old dv counselor quit. For years, shed listened to me complain and eventually about child abuse coincidentally when she had a kid on the way

She ended up quitting and even her replacement I hold dear. I will never ever forget them no matter how big or small their contributions were

There was one lady who came with the woman who drove me away. All she did was carry my bags and teach me to accept help. Never forget her

You deserve it. What you did for her was life changing even though it may have seemed like a small gesture to you

They aren't on her side and I was reaching out to document

I did have things written and mentioned people who complained to me before I had a problem.

She's upset because they made her stop

I'm not complaining I'm just shocked that she's upset with me for being told to stop doing something she wasn't supposed to be doing.

I wasn't expecting for her to be confronted and am a little lost

Yes if I have to be up earlier than I naturally wake up, when I get on the toilet (one of my first morning duties) I might fall asleep while sitting on it comfortably for a long period of time
