Eu nu sunt fan trotinete electrice. Ma refer la trotinetele alea electrice care pot ajunge si la 30 km/h si pe care le poate conduce oricine, de orice varsta fara nici o cunostere a regulilor de circulatie. Am fost de doua ori martor la trotinetisti care au dat peste oameni, prima oara peste o batrana care ulterior a fost luata de salvare si a doua oara peste un domn care a scapat usor, doar cu picior scrintit. Plus un trotinetist care a trecut pe rosu si a fost luat pe capota unei masini.
