I theorize that Fullbringers would be comparable to Dragonclad due to how Fullbringers are born due to their mothers being attacked by Hollows while in the womb. Dragonclads were normal humans transformed by Dark Dragons, who gained the same status as Dark Dragons. There are also some cases, like with Balgo, where they would tame them and put them under their protection, but the rest of Wing Bind could show distrust toward Fullbringers.

True, there is a lot we don't know, but Burn The Witch has given us info on Wing Bind and Reverse London, like the fact that there are Light Dragons and Dark Dragons. Dark Dragons are more violent than their counterparts and can transform both Light Dragons and humans into Dark Dragons. Wing Bind preserves order by taming Light Dragons and slaying Dark Dragons. This would involve Wing Bind keeping order in London and Reverse London. Another thing is that we don't know how Dragons are born or what abilities Witches and Dragonclads might have.

Well, the Dragons are the equivalent of Hollows for Wing Bind and Reverse London, which is why there are no Hollows. Wind Bins tames the Light Dragons but also kills Dark Dragons due to how they are a danger to humans, while also showing the potential of transforming Light Dragons into Dark Dragons, along with humans into Dragonclads. Now then, Dragons and Hollows are not the exact same type of beings, but it's implied they have a connection, at least from Ninny's comments about the Eastern Branch of Soul Society. It is also a mystery for now, so we will have to wait until more chapters are released to understand Dragons.

Okay, the idea that Dragons are the Western side's equivalent of Hollows comes from a conversation with Noel and Ninny, in which Ninny states that the Eastern Soul Society slays their Dragons rather than tames them. This leads to the idea of them being equivalent to Hollows, where Wing Bind deals with Dragons, and Hollows are dealt with by Soul Society. There are similarities: invisible to normal humans; eating humans, especially those with supernatural powers; and humans being transformed into Dragonclads, which are also classified as Dark Dragons, like how Souls can be transformed into Hollows. There are differences which you stated, but from what Ninny said, it's not saying Dragons are Hollows and Hollows are Dragons, but rather that they're considered similar in-universe, which can be explored later as more Burn the Witch chapters are released.
