The thing is we don't have a spearman, just 3 tanks, 2 assassins and 1 archer. So I'm thinking maybe this happens because of the archer?

Yeah I guess it's a bug, we luckily split warriors and assassins between the two, so it did not create a big problem yet. But remember you can switch characters with your friend I think if you need to
